Self Love Wednesday

It's so important to be kind to ourselves.


When working with teens this is by far one of the most challenging exercises for them to carry out and complete.


People always seem to be able to make a list of all the negatives they see in themselves but why do we find it so hard to list our positives??!!!


Make Wednesdays your family self love day. Write 7 positives every Wednesday in the hearts. The more you do this exercise the easier it becomes and you begin to notice how naturally and uniquely beautiful as an individual you are!!!
